Digital music files are delivered for personal, non-commercial use only. Upon purchase you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and listen to the track(s) for personal enjoyment. You may not:

• Use tracks in videos, streams, or any public performance without a separate license.
• Remove or alter any copyright or metadata embedded in the files.

Physical orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

• Physical merchandise — Unused, unworn items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Digital downloads — All digital sales are final. No refunds once a file has been downloaded.
• Pre-orders — Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund before the release date. After release, standard return policy applies to physical items.
• Fragrance — Opened fragrance products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
